Watch: Fugitive who killed female MTA bus driver in cold blood returned to Baltimore to face justice

BALTIMORE, MD – A fugitive murder suspect from Baltimore was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia in January has been returned to the city to face justice.

Leon Douglas Hill, 53, was extradited from Atlanta on Monday. Police released a video of Hill arriving at the Baltimore Police Department headquarters for booking.

Hill was charged for the October 18th murder of Baltimore MTA bus driver Elaine Jackson, 40. Hill gunned down Jackson as she arrived for work at the MTA’s Bush Division employee parking lot. At the time, she had a restraining order against Hill who she believed was intent on causing her bodily harm or death.
