On Tuesday, Vice-President-Elect Kamala Harris received the COVID-19 vaccine and later that day, on queue, President-Elect Joe Biden called Harris, “President-Elect” again. Earlier this week, President Trump mocked Biden’s forgetfulness, saying, “I never once called him President Mike Pence, I mean, who does that?”
