Wellsville Drug Dealer Facing Multiple Charges

WELLSVILLE, NY — a Wellsville man is in trouble after being caught by police with drugs and the intent to sell those drugs.

On Wednesday, the Wellsville Police Department, executing an indictment warrant from the Allegany County Court, apprehended Brian N. Whitcher, a 50-year-old resident of Wellsville. Whitcher faces six Class D felony charges, including three counts of criminal possession and three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

The allegations arise from an investigation into methamphetamine sales conducted in March and December of last year.
