The Wellsville Police Department arrested 42-year-old Jerry A. Gaines Jr of Whitesville on charges of DWI and DWI w/BAC of .08% or more after an incident on South Main Street. Gaines was processed, issued an appearance ticket, and released to a third party. He is scheduled to appear in Wellsville Village Court on Friday at 4:30 pm.
