Wellsville, NY – Wellsville Police have taken Jacob W. Evoy-Riggs, a 22-year-old resident of Wellsville, into custody. He is charged with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and DWI with a BAC of .08% or more (Unclassified Misdemeanor).
The arrest occurred following an incident on Jefferson Street. After processing, Evoy-Riggs received an appearance ticket and was released.
He is scheduled to appear in Wellsville Village Court on December 17th at 4:30 p.m.
