WELLSVILLE, NY – Wellsville police officers have arrested Jessica L. Morrison, age 31 of Scio, charging her with harassment.
“The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street on July 7th. Morrison was located by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department and taken into custody,” police said today. “Morrison was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Morrison was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.”
