West New York police issue missing juvenile alert for local teen

West New York, NJ – Police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing juvenile reported by her family.

The missing teen, Rosibel Haydee Cruz-Mendez, was last seen Friday, August 29, after leaving a friend’s house around 4 p.m. Police said she left behind a suitcase containing all of her belongings.

Rosibel was last seen wearing a black shirt with white sleeves, dark brown pants, and white shoes. She was carrying a purple purse.
