West Virginia Fugitive Arrested in Camp Hill for Child Abuse Charges

CAMP HILL, PA – On Monday, Camp Hill Police Department officers conducted a traffic stop on the 1600 block of Market Street for a vehicle code violation.

The incident occurred at approximately 10:43 am.

During the stop, it was discovered that a passenger was a fugitive from West Virginia, wanted for child abuse charges.

The 30-year-old male from New Cumberland was arrested and confirmed as a fugitive from justice.

He was later arraigned at MDJ Beckley’s office and transported to Cumberland County Prison.
