WILLOW GROVE, PA – Thomas Leven, 57, of Warminster, was arrested on Wednesday on charges of Simple Assault and Harassment following an argument in Willow Grove. Leven is accused of causing injury to another person during the altercation.
Responding officers arrested Leven at the scene, and he was subsequently charged with one count of Simple Assault and one count of Harassment.
