WICKLIFFE, Ohio — A lucky lottery player has won the top prize of $2 million playing the Ohio Lottery’s Platinum Diamond Spectacular scratch-off game. The winner opted for the cash payout of $1 million and, after mandatory federal and state tax withholdings, will take home approximately $720,000.
The winning ticket was sold at Marc’s #32, located at 27505 Chardon Road in Wickliffe.
