Wilkes-Barre Man Arrested for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct

Wilkes-Barre, PA – A 27-year-old Wilkes-Barre resident was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct on East Market Street on Tuesday night at 11:49 PM.

The incident, documented under IRC number 240208425, involved Brandon Bell, who was reported to be attempting to break a window by striking it with his fist.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers observed that Bell was under the influence of a controlled substance. Bell’s condition was deemed to be dangerous both to himself and others.

Following these observations, officers took Bell into custody, and charges were filed accordingly.
