Wilkes-Barre Resident Cited for Harassment After Domestic Dispute

WILKES-BARRE, PA – A domestic dispute on Stanley Street led to a harassment citation for Tilibra Hall of Wilkes-Barre.

The incident occurred on Tuesday night at 10:59 PM.

Police responded to a call at a local residence where they met the victim, a 39-year-old man from Weatherly, PA. He reported that during a verbal altercation, Hall made inappropriate remarks about his children and subsequently struck him with an open hand. Although no injuries were reported, Hall was charged with harassment.
