WILKINSBURG, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit responded to a request for assistance in Wilkinsburg.
“At approximately 2:45 pm on April 26, 2022, County 9-1-1 was notified of a shooting in the 500 block of Franklin Ave,” police reported. “First responders found an adult male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. He was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. Homicide detectives initiated an investigation.”
