Wilmington Man Wins $200,000 on Lottery Scratch-Off

WILMINGTON, NC – Steven Bell won a $200,000 prize from a $5 Mega Bucks scratch-off ticket. After required state and federal tax withholdings, Bell collected a sum of $142,501.

Bell bought his winning ticket at the Circle K on Castle Hayne Road in Castle Hayne.

Mega Bucks, which debuted in June, initially offered eight $200,000 prizes. Four of those top prizes are still unclaimed.
