Wilmington Woman Arrested for Multiple Robberies and Shoplifting

WILMINGTON, DE – Delaware State Police have apprehended 36-year-old Jasmine Williams of Wilmington for her involvement in multiple robberies and shoplifting incidents across New Castle County.

The arrest followed a recent robbery at a Wilmington Walgreens.

On Thursday, troopers responded to a robbery at Walgreens on Philadelphia Pike, where Williams threatened an employee with a knife during shoplifting.

Recognized as a repeat offender, Williams was located on North Market Street and taken into custody, with two knives recovered from her person.

Williams has been linked to various crimes, including a January 16 robbery at Food Lion and December shoplifting incidents at Marshalls and Kohl’s. She faces multiple felony charges and is currently held at Delores J. Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution on an $85,000 secured bond.
