VALLEY STREAM, NY – A lucky lottery participant struck gold with a winning ticket from the August 8 TAKE 5 EVENING drawing, announced by the New York Lottery today.
The ticket, worth $33,860, was purchased at MAHAVIR CONVENIENCE located at 779 West Merrick Road in Valley Stream. TAKE 5 numbers, which range from one through 39, are drawn twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
Winners of the Lottery draw game have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize, regardless of the amount.
