Allentown, PA — The last thing you expect when buying a lottery scratch-off is to win the jackpots. Most people are happy to win $50 or just enough to purchase more tickets. That wasn’t the case this week in Allentown. A lucky winner scratched off a $3,000,000 grand prize.

“A Pennsylvania Lottery retailer in Lehigh County sold a $3 million-winning MONOPOLY 100X Scratch-Off. Deli Mart, 4225 Tilghman St., Allentown, receives a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket. MONOPOLY 100X is a $30 game that offers top prizes of $3 million,” the Pennsylvania Lottery said today.

If you are a lottery winner, remember prizes expire one year from the game’s end-sale date posted at palottery.com. Winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and call the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481. All lottery prizes of more than $5,000 are subject to applicable withholding.
