Winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 sold in North Canton

NORTH CANTON, OH — A lucky Ohio Lottery player won $50,000 in the November 9 Powerball drawing after matching four numbers plus the Powerball.

The winning numbers were 11, 24, 50, 56, and 66, with the Powerball 16 and a Power Play of 2. The ticket was purchased at BJ’s Wholesale Club #10, located at 6924 Frank Avenue in North Canton.

The winner used auto pick to select the numbers, securing a third-tier prize. Meanwhile, the Powerball jackpot has now climbed to an estimated $195 million for Wednesday’s drawing.

Since 1974, the Ohio Lottery has contributed more than $33 billion to education across the state.
