Winning TAKE 5 Tickets Sold in Binghamton and Manhattan

New York — Two top-prize winning tickets for the August 26 TAKE 5 EVENING drawing were sold in Binghamton and Manhattan, according to the New York Lottery. Each ticket is worth $15,588.

One of the winning tickets was purchased at Mirabito, located at 49-53 Downs Ave in Binghamton. The other top-prize ticket was sold at Players Cafe, located at 241 Bleecker St in Manhattan.

TAKE 5 is a popular lottery game where numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. Drawings are held twice daily, at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Winners have up to one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.

According to the New York Lottery, both retailers will receive a bonus for selling the top-prize tickets. The identities of the winners have not yet been disclosed.
