NEW YORK CITY — On Monday, July 1, at approximately 5:45 p.m., a 48-year-old female was standing on the northbound platform of the 2 and 3 train at the Fulton Street station when an unknown individual approached her and inappropriately touched her chest with his right arm for an extended period.
The suspect fled the scene on foot. No injuries were reported.
Police are investigating the incident and seeking any information that could help identify the suspect.
