CUMBERLAND, MD – Courtney Marie Hall, 25, received a criminal summons on Thursday, from the Cumberland Police Department. The summons relates to an incident that took place on May 19, 2023, where officers observed a fight in progress in a parking lot on Queen City Drive.
The alleged victim reported being attacked by Hall, sustaining injuries in the process. The charges against Hall are Assault-2nd Degree, and she has been released pending trial.
