Red Bank, TN – On May 9, Ava Helene Castings, 20, was arrested on a charge of attempted murder following an incident involving her father, Damian Grant Castings. According to a criminal complaint and arrest affidavit, police arrived at their Tennessee home around 2:46 PM and found Damian Castings with a large open wound in his chest.
Damian Castings informed police that his daughter, Ava, became upset when he refused to tell her the whereabouts of her child. During the argument in his bedroom, Ava allegedly brandished a knife and stabbed him in the upper right chest area.
The investigation by Hamilton County police is ongoing.
