Woman Charged for Setting Baltimore Dumpster Fire

Baltimore, MD – Investigators have arrested 47-year-old Sheena Herring in connection with an arson incident in the Southern District. Herring stands accused of maliciously setting fire to a dumpster in the Unit block of East Wells Street.

The arrest was made on Monday, with detectives taking Herring into custody and transporting her to the Central Booking Intake Facility.

She has been formally charged with arson in the 2nd degree, arson involving a trash container, and malicious burning.
