COLUMBIA, PA – On Monday, at around 3:58 p.m., a Columbia Borough Police Officer filed charges against 41-year-old Anita Delgado Caraballo of Columbia, PA.
The charges, including making terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and disorderly conduct, stem from an incident that occurred in the 300 block of Locust Street, Columbia, PA 17512. Caraballo is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
