Baltimore, MD: A shooting in the Penn North neighborhood on Sunday night has resulted in the death of a 33-year-old woman.
Officers responded to the 2700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue at approximately 9:05 PM and found Jasmine Simuel with a gunshot wound. She was transported to a hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
