ETTERS, PA – On Sunday, Randi Kay Dunlap of Hill Drive was arrested after a police investigation in the 100 block of Hill Drive. Dunlap is facing charges including one count of corruption of minors, one count of possession of marijuana, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
The police department has not disclosed further details regarding the circumstances of the investigation.
