Woman Found Dead in Queens, Police Investigating Possible Homicide

NEW YORK, NY – Police in New York City are investigating the death of a woman as a possible homicide incident.

On Monday at approximately 1:03 AM, police responded to a 911 call of an aided female inside 108-41 159th Street in Queens.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a 62-year-old female unconscious and unresponsive inside the apartment. EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene. There are no arrests, and the investigation remains ongoing.

The identity of the deceased is pending family notification.
