Woman Found Dead in Queens, Police Investigating

New York, NY – Police are investigating the death of a 38-year-old woman, identified as Denisse Oleas-Arancibia of 31-45 82 Street, Queens, NY, after she was found unconscious and unresponsive in Manhattan. The discovery was made on Thursday morning at approximately 10:30 AM at 54 Watts Street, within the 1st Precinct’s jurisdiction.

Officers responded to a 911 call reporting an aided individual at the location. Upon their arrival, they found Oleas-Arancibia in a critical condition. Emergency Medical Services were called to the scene, where they pronounced her dead.

The cause of death is pending as the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner conducts an examination to determine the cause of death.
