NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in identifying an individual connected to a forcible touching incident.
On Monday, at around 12:00 pm, a 33-year-old female reported an unknown individual grabbed her buttocks while she was walking her dog near 9917 Shore Road.
The suspect then attempted to lift her dress. The victim received an evaluation at the scene by EMS.
