Woman in Critical Condition After Attack by Man in NYC Subway Station

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is asking the public to aid in the identification of an individual linked to an assault.

On Wednesday, at 12:00 pm, a 30-year-old woman was standing on the Southbound E Train Platform when she was unexpectedly shoved by Sabir Jones, a 45-year-old male.

Following the act, Jones made his escape on foot, exiting through the turnstiles at West 53rd Street and 5th Avenue.

The woman suffered severe head trauma and is now in critical condition.

The New York City Police Department continues its investigations into this matter. They asked anyone with relevant information to come forward.
