Woman Injured in D.C. Drive-By Shooting

Washington, D.C. — Authorities are seeking community assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a shooting that occurred in Northwest D.C. early Thursday morning.

At approximately 1:45 a.m. on Thursday, a victim reported being shot at while driving with four passengers in the 1400 block of Park Road, Northwest. A female passenger sustained gunshot wounds and was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Another female passenger was injured by shattered glass and was also taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Surveillance cameras captured the suspect in the vicinity.
