PORTSMOUTH, VA – On Monday morning, detectives from the Portsmouth Police Department reported a shooting in the city’s Cradock neighborhood, specifically on Bainbridge Avenue.
Officers arrived at the scene around 5 a.m. and found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound.
She was taken to the hospital for treatment.
This incident marks the fourth shooting in Portsmouth this weekend.
