NEW YORK, NY –
The New York City Police Department is investigating after a woman was physically accosted by an unknown suspect aboard a subway train in lower Manhattan on Friday.
Police said the man, a dark-skinned male wearing a red hat and red shirt, approached a 36-year-old woman and attempted to force her into giving him oral sex.
The man approached the woman on the C train as it was approaching the Lafayette Avenue subway station. Without warning, he exposed his genitals and attempted to force her mouth onto them.
The man fled the subway station before police arrived on the scene. Now, the New York City Police Department is searching for the suspect identified in the photo below and asking anyone who may have information to contact them immediately at 800-577-TIPS.
