Woman Robbed on NYC Bus

Bronx, NY – On Monday, May 27, at approximately 2:50 p.m., a 49-year-old female was the victim of a theft aboard an MTA bus. An unknown individual removed a backpack from her lap and fled northbound on White Plains Road. The victim was not injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as a male with a medium complexion and a slim build. He was last seen wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt, a black vest, black jeans, black sneakers, and had a short dreadlock hairstyle.

Police are seeking information that may lead to the identification of the suspect. The investigation is ongoing.
