PHILADELPHIA, PA – A woman was sexually assaulted by an unidentified male subject Thursday on the concourse at the Broad Street Line’s Broad-Ridge Spur station on 8th Stret,. Police did not release details of the attack but released security surveillance video of the suspect. The incident happened at around 8 am. The suspect fled the scene.
