MCKEES ROCK, PA – A woman was grazed by a gunshot wound to the leg in an early morning shooting Sunday morning.
According to the Allegheny County Police Department, at approximately 4:41 a.m., county 9-1-1 was notified of a shooting in the 1100 block of Island Avenue.
“First responders found that an adult female had a gunshot wound to the leg; the victim was treated by medics on the scene for a graze wound. ACPD detectives are initiating the investigation,” the department said in a statement.
