Woman stabbed to death inside Baltimore home

BALTIMORE, MD – A stabbing incident in the Northern District has led to a homicide investigation by the Baltimore Police Department.

Last Saturday, at approximately 6:33 a.m., patrol officers responded to a distress call from the 400 block of Lorraine Avenue.

A 43-year-old woman was found in her residence with an apparent stab wound, unresponsive. Despite the immediate response of medical personnel, she was declared dead on the scene.

A relative of the victim, who confessed to the stabbing, was arrested at the location.

The Baltimore Police Department’s Homicide detectives are urging anyone with information to reach out at 410-396-2100.
