Woman Targeted in Brooklyn Subway Robbery

BROOKLYN, NY – The New York City Police Department seeks public assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a grand larceny incident.

The incident occurred on a southbound N train at the Fort Hamilton Parkway Station on Wednesday, at approximately 4:55 pm.

A 23-year-old female victim was involved in a verbal dispute with an unidentified female on the train.

The suspect then snatched the victim’s hat as she was exiting the train and remained aboard, fleeing to an unknown location. No injuries were reported in this incident.

The NYPD has released media of the suspect and asks anyone with information to contact the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS or submit tips online.
