Woman’s car window shattered in Wilkes-Barre drive-by pellet shooting

Wilkes-Barre, PA – Police responded to a report of reckless endangerment and criminal mischief in Wilkes-Barre on November 5th at 10:15 PM.

The incident occurred near Carey Avenue and Walnut Street. Officers were dispatched after receiving a report from a 23-year-old female victim.

According to the victim, while she was driving on Carey Avenue, her vehicle was struck by what appeared to be either a pellet or a BB. This caused damage to the passenger side window of her car.

The investigation into the incident is currently ongoing. The police are gathering further information to identify those responsible.
