Woman’s home struck several times by gunfire in Severn

SEVERN, MD – The home of a woman on Sparrow Court in Severn was struck several times by gunfire early Wednesday morning.

Police officers responded for gunshots fired in the 1800 block of Sparrow Court at around 5:30 am.

“The homeowner stated she heard gunshots outside her home and noticed four bullet holes in the home’s front window,” police reported. “A canvass was conducted, and officers located several shell casings in the street in front of the residence.”

There were no injuries reported. No arrests have been made.
