NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating the suspects involved in a home invasion that occurred near St. Lawrence Avenue and Lacombe Avenue.

On Wednesday, around 03:04 am, four unidentified individuals entered a multi-dwelling residence, introducing themselves as Police Officers.

After gaining entry into a 59-year-old woman’s apartment, they displayed a firearm, restrained her and pilfered property estimated at $18,500. The suspects then proceeded to a second apartment, again falsely identifying themselves as officers.

Upon entering, they brandished a firearm and assaulted a 40-year-old man, confining him and two other occupants – a 70-year-old woman and a 38-year-old woman – to the rear of the apartment. The culprits left with property valued approximately at $34,640.

The suspects, all males of slim build, were seen wearing black clothing and fled the scene in a four-door SUV, last spotted heading south on St. Lawrence Avenue. The injured 40-year-old male declined medical attention on site, while the other victims were unharmed.
