World News: Brexit: UK Parliament resumes after court ruling

The UK Parliament has reconvened following its suspension by Prime Minister Boris Johnson earlier this month.
Johnson, who arrived in London just in time, is expected to address the House of Commons, where he has no majority, in a few hours.
On Tuesday, Supreme Court judges ruled Johnson’s decision to send MPs home was unlawful.
The parliament was suspended for five weeks in the lead up to the Brexit deadline in October.
Al Jazeera’s Rory Challands reports from outside parliament in London.
