World News: Dozens killed in gas canister fire on Pakistan train

At least 28 people have been killed and more than 40 others injured after a fire engulfed a train in central Pakistan.
At least three coaches were destroyed officials said after gas canisters on the train exploded.
Each coach typically holds about 70 passengers, and the death toll could rise.
