World News: Ex-PM Tebboune elected Algeria’s new president

In Algeria, former Prime Minister Abdelmadjid Tebboune has been declared the winner of Thursday’s presidential vote.
Preliminary results show he won 58 percent of the vote.
His closest rival, Abdelkader Bengrina, came second with 17 percent of the vote.
