World Traveler on Quest for Guinness Record Visits Suffolk County Police

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK — The Suffolk County Police Department recently hosted a unique visitor, Sinan Mohammad, who is on an ambitious journey around the world aiming to set a new Guinness World Record.

Mohammad’s adventure began in India in March 2023, with plans to navigate through 75 countries in a car, covering an estimated 60,000 miles by August. Deputy Police Commissioners Belinda Groneman and Kevin Catalina, alongside the Suffolk County Police Asian Jade Society, extended a warm welcome to Mohammad during his stopover. The department expressed gratitude for his visit and wished him the best in his record-breaking endeavor, looking forward to his return.
