TOMS RIVER, NJ – If you’ve been waiting to have a garage sale or yard sale to get rid of some junk and make some extra cash, the time is here. According to the Executive Order passed by Governor Phil Murphy, as of June 15th, you can start having yard sales again.  According to the state, Yard and garage sales are permitted and subject to the requirements on indoor gatherings, but municipalities shall have the discretion to impose additional restrictions on these sales.  Post your yard sale online at NJ Yard Sale Facebook group.

Under Governor Phil Murphy’s previous lockdown order, yard sales and garage sales were not allowed.
