YORK, PA – Miguel Fernandez, a resident of York, was recently arraigned and charged with strangulation, simple assault, and harassment following an incident in the 1900 block of Kenneth Road.
The Police Department began their investigation into the occurrence on Monday, June 3, 2023. Fernandez, now in custody, is due to face his charges in court at a later date.
