Hawaii residents just minutes ago received an emergency alert on their phones that a ballistic missile was inbound, an alert which turned out to be a false. Hawaii rep Tulsi Gabbard Tweeted shortly after the incoming missile alert that it was a false alarm and says it will need a serious investigation.
