NEW YORK, NY – Police are seeking public help in locating 14-year-old Scarlett Rivera, last seen on September 4 at 00:30 hours leaving her residence at 1012 Nelson Avenue.
Rivera is described as a Hispanic female, 5’1″ in height, weighing 150 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair styled in braids. She was last seen wearing a turquoise sweater with a yellow smiley face and matching turquoise leggings.
