Bizarre is the best word to describe the 13 city publicity tour that Bill and Hillary Clinton kicked off in Toronto, Canada this week. The Daily Mail reported that the Clintons spoke before a more than half-empty arena north of the border, but the highlight of the encounter seemed to be a minute long coughing fit by the former first lady and overseer of the Benghazi massacre.
